No Brexit talks until UK settles bill

The EU's chief Brexit negotiator said Britain will have to settle its debts to Brussels before talks can begin in earnest. But Michel Barnier wouldn't confirm reports that the EU could seek up to €100 billion. Julian Satterthwaite reports.
